VoIP.co.uk now offers an extra feature for inbound number routing. The SIP Trunk selector tool enables you to route your calls to where you have people to answer them. Create individual trunks to various locations around the globe and then distribute calls depending on the size of the call centre. Using a simple weight mechanism, a percentage of calls can be send to each site dynamically. For example a company with an 0800 freephone number can route 50% of their calls to London, 30% to Birmingham and 20% to Aberdeen. If one call centre is unusually busy, load levels can be controlled instantly and flexibly from the VoIP.co.uk customer portal.

Benefits of the Trunk Selector Tool include providing the highest level of customer service response, while keeping telephone operators and their managers in full control of their work load and therefore maximising productivity.
